How are minutes charged?
Audio duration is charged in whole seconds, rounded up, with silence included. Processing includes one transcription and one translation into your chosen language. Editing, previews and downloads are free.
Can I use a pack across several videos?
Yes. Your balance can be used across multiple videos and days within the validity shown on the pack. It is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.
Can I process a long video?
Yes, if your browser can play the video and decode its audio. If the video exceeds your balance, buy minutes or confirm processing only the available opening duration. Later audio is not sent. Keep the workspace open during processing.
Is my video uploaded or saved?
The video is not uploaded. Your browser extracts audio for the AI service, and caption text is sent for translation. The selected file and captions live only in your studio tab. Download before refreshing or closing it.
When does my balance update after payment?
Minutes are added after payment is confirmed. If they have not appeared yet, refresh your order and balance. Then return to your original studio tab and refresh its balance to continue.
Keep your studio tab open while buying minutes. Your selected video and captions remain there.
